Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change or modify it for any reason. For LTL shipping orders, if the recipient requests a destination change, the shipment will be returned to the sender and we will issue a refund less a 20% restocking fee .

For whatever reason, you may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund of the original purchase price. If the item has already been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging along with all original accessories. Used items may also be returned, however a 15% restocking fee will apply if the item cannot be resold as new. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise. All items must be returned to receive a refund. For any items that cannot be used normally or are damaged due to shipping, please contact our customer service immediately. Customer service will investigate the case and give you further instructions. In addition, customer service will promptly arrange for the replacement of your unusable or damaged goods.
For any defective products discovered within 14 days of purchase, please contact support@gaslandchef.de immediately for technical support. If your product is deemed defective and troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, GASLAND will arrange an exchange or refund for you.
The refund may take up to 3 weeks.
